What it measures

Orgasm is the extrinsic lens on the Intimate World: how you value the physical, experiential side of closeness — sensation, pleasure, the body as an instrument of connection rather than a problem to manage.

When it's clear

Clear Orgasm means embodiment without negotiation: presence in physical experience rather than commentary on it, pleasure received without deserving it first. The body is somewhere you live, not somewhere you audit.

When it's blocked

Blocked Orgasm shows as functional shutdown: numbness where sensation should be, a spectator self narrating instead of feeling, or compulsive intensity-chasing that never arrives at satisfaction. Pleasure becomes either impossible or compulsive — the two faces of the same disconnection.

How it shows up in daily life

Being in the experience while mentally filing a report on it. Needing the conditions to be exactly right before any feeling is permitted. The strange phenomenon of pleasure arriving and your attention leaving. This is the most somatic of the nine dimensions — and the least fixable by thought alone.

What unblocks it

This dimension clears through the body, not through insight — breath, sensation, staying present where attention wants to leave. The assessment locates the block precisely because thinking can't.
