What it measures
Technique is the systemic lens on the Intimate World: your blueprint for what intimacy is — the rules, definitions, and expectations governing how closeness should work. It's the least obvious dimension and the one that silently scripts the other two.
When it's clear
Clear Technique means your model of intimacy is yours — examined, updated, aligned with what you actually want rather than what was installed by family scripts, culture, or early experience. Expectations flex; the relationship is allowed to surprise the template.
When it's blocked
Blocked Technique produces rigid scripts: intimacy must look like this, happen in this order, mean this thing. Or the opposite — no script at all, drifting through encounters that never resolve into meaning. Either way, the map of closeness was drawn by someone else and never revised.
How it shows up in daily life
Measuring every relationship against a checklist from a source you can't name. Knowing exactly how intimacy is "supposed" to unfold while it consistently fails to. The rigid template is often the reason the intrinsic and extrinsic capacities keep failing — the script rejects the experience before it can happen.
What unblocks it
Technique clears by making the script visible — naming the rule makes it revisable. A Deep Dive reads your three Intimate World scores together; this dimension is usually the load-bearing one.
